I have not received my booking confirmation, what should I do?
If you have made the payment but have not received the confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, please contact us by email and we will check your reservation.

Is it possible to reserve/opt for accommodation?
It is certainly possible to reserve an accommodation on our website. On our homepage you can fill in your dates in the search bar and you can see every available property.
If you already chose a property that you’d like to book, go to the page of that property and fill in your arrival and departure dates here, the amount of guests and click Search. Now you only have to fill in your booking details and make the booking!
It is necessary to make the full payment to confirm your reservation. On every property page you can see the cancellation policy under ‘Policies’.
Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
Are towels and linens provided?
Towels and bed linen are provided in our accommodations.
Who should I contact in case of emergency?
In case of emergency of your accommodation, please contact the telephone number +34 624 440 972. In case of medical emergencies, call 112, the European emergency line.
Can I leave my luggage at the accommodation?
We are happy to help you with this, but it is not always possible. Contact us to see if this is possible for your dates.
If you can’t leave your luggage in the accommodation, you can leave it in one of the luggage storages in the city: see a list of them here.
Is it possible to enter earlier or leave later?
We have standard check-in and check-out times. Check-out no later than 11:00 am and check-in from 3:00 pm. In some cases it is possible to deviate from these schedules. In case of late departure, there will be an extra charge. Ask us about the possibilities.
Can I change my reservation?
The best way to change a reservation is to contact us by email. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
How do I check-in?
Two days before your arrival, you will receive our check-in instructions, in which we clearly explain how to check in independently.
I am traveling with a child or a baby, are there any facilities for this?
A lot of our properties are equipped with cribs and high chairs and you it is mentioned in its description if they are. If you have any doubts or questions about a specific property, contact us to double check this for you.
Let us know in advance if you’d like to make use of these facilities, so we can prepare them for you.
What can we do in the surrounding area?
We have prepared a brochure with tips and recommendations in and around Malaga. This brochure will be present in the house. Our recommendations can also be found on our website under ‘Tips for your holiday‘.
When is the reservation confirmed?
The reservation is confirmed when the payment is completed and you receive a reservation confirmation in your email inbox.
