In Malaga, you have several rooftop bars where you can enjoy a drink with a beautiful view. We have made a list for you with 5 rooftop bars where we like to have a drink ourselves and where we also like to go when our family and friends visit.
AC Marriott
We start right off with the tallest rooftop bar in the city called AC Marriott. This gives you a beautiful and good view of the entire city. On one side, you have views over the port, the park and the sea and on the other side, you look out over the centre of Malaga and the mountains. At this rooftop bar, it is also possible to have dinner. For this, however, I would recommend making reservations in time.
Batik
The rooftop bar Batik has two different seating areas. On the left, you have high tables with stools. Here you have a nice view of the Alcazaba. And on the right side you have a kind of lounge area where you can also sit at low tables on sofas. At Batik, it is only possible to have a drink on the top floor, the fifth floor. It is however possible to have a delicious meal at Batik, for this you will have to go to the 4th floor. Again, I would advise you to make reservations.
H10 hotel
The rooftop bar at the H10 Croma hotel is a large rooftop bar. You have the choice of sitting at high tables. But there are also sofas you can sit on. Here again, you have great views over the city of Malaga and especially the sunset can be seen beautifully from this terrace. The cocktails they serve there are definitely recommended 😉
Room mate Valeria
Room Mate Valeria‘s rooftop bar is one of my favourites. This rooftop bar is a little lower than the rooftop bars I mentioned above but definitely as fun to go to. You look out over Malaga’s harbour here. The service there is always good!
Terraza San Juan
Terraza San Juan is perhaps a little less well-known among tourists. This is because unlike the roof terraces mentioned above, this one is a bit more sheltered. You won’t see a rooftop bar here from the outside but we definitely want to mention it in our list because it’s simply not to be missed. Nice rooftop bar, great music, delicious drinks and good service!
