Claudia Cianciotta - Office Manager
Claudia is our Office Manager at Take Care Málaga. With a solid background in hotel reception and hospitality, she combines organization, efficiency, and genuine care for both guests and property owners. Originally from Italy, Claudia moved to Andalusia in 2025 and now proudly calls Málaga her new home. She oversees the administrative side of the company while ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and empathic approach, Claudia is always ready to help and make sure that everything, and everyone, is well taken care of.

Joni Scheepers - Guest Experience & Relations Manager
Recently graduated and now settled in the Costa del Sol, Joni is our Guest Experience & Relations Manager at Take Care Málaga. With a strong background across various hospitality sectors, she ensures every guest feels welcomed and every stay runs smoothly.
